Upon purchasing any product from Barbed Wire ATV, LLC the buyer acknowledges that they have read and understand all that is written on this page.

ATV's are made for off-road and never should be use on public road or highways. ATV riding activities involve risks and dangers of serious bodily injury, including but not limited to, disability, paralysis and death. These risks and dangers may be caused by your own actions, or inactions, or by the actions or inactions of others participating in the activity; also, by the condition in which the activity takes place, or the negligence of others, and there may be other risks and social and economic losses either known to you, not known to you or not readily foreseeable at this time and by buying from Barbed Wire ATV, LLC you certify that you fully accept and assume all such risks and all responsibility for such losses, costs, and damages incurred as a result of your participation in any ATV activity and that you hold harmless Barbed Wire ATV, LLC and its agents from any of these losses and damages; furthermore, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age and of legal age of majority in the jurisdiction in which you reside. Remember, you must inspect all equipment before using it and take full responsibility for assuring that the equipment is in good working order and safe to use. Finally, you understand that you are responsible for any damage to equipment. This product is not for use for children under 16 years of age without an adult supervising.

Buyer must properly maintain product and routinely check fluids and inspect product to ensure all equipment is in proper operating condition and all fasteners are secure before each ride. Buyer also acknowledges that he or she is qualified to operate product, and is in proper physical condition to participate in such activity. Buyer also agrees to assume all risks when operating or allowing others to operate his or her product. If buyer does not feel capable of operating the product, he or she must find professional training for such activity.

Buyer takes full liability on any repairs or recommendations that Barbed Wire ATV, LLC completes.

The buyer is solely responsible for all return shipping and handling costs on any defective item or returned product. Original shipping and return costs are non-refundable.

We will not accept any returns based on unsatisfactory legal status. It is your responsibility to check the legal status of motorized scooters in your area. You should contact your state and local legislature and local Department of Motor Vehicles.

Barbed Wire ATV, LLC products are exchange only. No refunds will be given.

Most but not all products that Barbed Wire ATV, LLC sells comes with a 30-day limited warranty applicable to factory defective parts only on transmission and engine. Warranty excludes damage caused during shipping, or damage caused by misuse, abuse, or failure to properly maintain product. It is buyers responsibility to ask about any warranty before purchase.

For your safety: The operator should always wear a helmet and eye protection. Never engage in stunt driving. Avoid excessive speeds and be particularly careful on difficult terrain. Make sure that all local laws and warning/recommendations on ATV passengers are respected.
